We do offer a limited number of ground space leases. These are often used for parking of work vehicles, trailers, boats, etc.
General Information
- Space is in high demand but you can have your name put on a wait list if your desired size is not available.
- Living in a unit or vehicle on a ground lease is NOT ALLOWED.
